What Is the PET Bottle Recycling Process?
The main workflow of the PET bottles recycling line includes several steps:
Firstly, remove the bottle labels, then crush the PET bottles into small flakes.
The PET flakes will be washed and separated in a sink float tank, PP PE flakes will be separated from PET by using water as a medium.

Plastic Dehydrator
Plastic dehydrator is the most important piece of equipment for the dehydration and drying of debris in PET bottle recycling lines. The wet debris is conveyed to the inside of the plastic dewatering machine through the screw conveyor. Under the action of centrifugal force, excess water and impurities are removed and dried. Thus, dry, clean, and easy-to-store finished products can be obtained.
Storage Box

The equipment mainly includes blowers, pipes, storage barrels, etc. It uses the blower to transport the dried plastic fragments to the storage barrel for storage.
