How Does the Paper Shredder for Cardboard Work?
The Shuliy industrial cardboard shredder processes waste corrugated cardboard into cushioning material through a safe and efficient mechanical process. Here’s how it works:
- Feeding the cardboard: Insert flat corrugated cardboard into the 20mm front feed inlet. Suitable for stacked cardboard.
- Transport mechanism: Internal rollers automatically pull the cardboard in, ensuring even pressure and smooth movement.
- Cutting and expanding: The cardboard goes through a cutting roller with sharp blades. Both mesh and strip types are available. And the blade module can be switched manually between styles.
- Flattening and expansion: For mesh style, the paper box is slightly stretched during cutting, allowing layers to separate for flexibility.
- Output discharge: The processed material is ejected from the rear, ready for use as packaging filler.
