- Equipped with water circulation system, energy saving and environmental protection
- The hot washer adopts a new improved technology, deepening and widening the tank, which is more helpful for discharging PET chips smoothly.
- Made of high quality stainless steel, durable, wear resistant and high temperature resistant.
- The cleaned PET bottle flakes are high-purity and can be used in plastic packaging, fiber, high-end industry, and other fields, bringing huge profits.
How to Realize the Thorough Washing Process for PET Bottles?
The three-stage cleaning system consists of a friction washer, a sink float separation tank, and a hot washing tank.
Friction Washer
The larger and wider washer tanks can handle large amounts of plastic debris. The shaft rotates at high speed, using friction and water flow to remove dirt, adhesives, etc. from the bottle flakes.
The plastic friction washer has a capacity of 500-2000kg/h, which can effectively remove impurities, realizing the initial washing of plastic bottles.
Sink Float Tank
Next, the plastic sink float tank provides deep cleaning of the cleaned plastic bottle pieces. The Sink Float tank utilizes the different densities of the material to effectively separate contaminants from the bottle flakes.
With a length of 6 meters and a height of 1.2 meters, the tank ensures that sediments and bottle caps effectively sink to the bottom, while lightweight plastic bottle debris floats to the surface and is transported by the machine to the next washing process.
Hot Washer
The PET bottle flakes hot washing machine is specially designed for thoroughly washing PET flakes through high temperatures, which completely dissolves oil, grease, and other stubborn contaminants.
The purity of PET bottle flakes is up to 98% or more. In addition, chemical reagents can be added to the washing process to modify the PET flakes and increase the value of the rPET flakes.
